The registration and payment deadline, for all courses, is 10 days prior to the start of the course.
This course will teach the process of evaluating the present property and considering the needs and wants of the family over time. It will then look at design principles and uses of materials to make the landscape effective and aesthetically pleasing. Topics covered include weed, insect and disease control, and effective pruning, tools and their proper uses. Emphasis will be on proper plant choices for each location. The course will be tailored for the beginning gardener to the experienced gardener.
