Building and Property Maintenance
Students acquire basic construction skills in carpentry, electricity, plumbing, and dry walling. In addition, students will learn about warehousing, custodial jobs, and floor care. The Building and Property Maintenance program provides smaller instructor to student ratios with a concentration on employability skills and trade skills.
