As a District Manager, you’ll oversee operations at 5–15 pools, lead a team of Area Managers and lifeguards, and make sure every facility runs safely, smoothly, and up to standard. You’ll be the bridge between clients, staff, and senior leadership — solving problems, keeping teams motivated, and making an impact every day. This isn’t your typical desk job — it’s leadership in motion. You’ll visit facilities, troubleshoot issues, mentor your managers, and keep things running strong all summer long. 🚘💦 💼 What You’ll Do Be the Leader: Oversee daily operations for multiple pool facilities in your district Supervise and mentor Area Managers and their teams Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction Keep Facilities Flowing: Conduct regular inspections to make sure pools are clean, safe, and up to standard Monitor chemical and supply inventory; restock when needed Troubleshoot pump room and maintenance issues (and know when to call in backup) Respond quickly and professionally to safety concerns, client issues, and emergencies Develop Your People: Support Area Managers through training, mentorship, and performance feedback Lead with confidence and accountability — set the tone for the whole district Help your team grow and succeed, while keeping morale high and communication clear 🌟 Who You Are A confident, hands-on leader who loves helping others succeed Great under pressure and quick to adapt when priorities change Professional, dependable, and strong in communication Organized and proactive with sharp attention to detail Someone who leads by example — not just by title 🧠Requirements Essential: High school diploma or GED (or in progress) At least 18 years old Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (you’ll drive a company vehicle) American Red Cross Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and AED certification Preferred: 3+ years of lifeguarding experience 1+ year of management or supervisory experience Red Cross Lifeguard Instructor or Instructor Trainer certification Studying or experienced in Business, Management, Recreation, or a related field 💧 Why You’ll Love It Lead a large, motivated team and make a real impact Work independently while building valuable leadership experience Every day is different — no cubicles, no monotony Great pay, company vehicle, and tons of room to grow Join a team that values safety, leadership, and making a difference.
