Optician Technology

Get a head start in the optical field. Learn the anatomy and physiology of the eye, perform preliminary vision tests and learn the art of eye glass fitting.

The Optician Technology program prepares students for an exciting career in the medical field as a licensed Optician. Students develop essential health care skills and practice quality patient care.

Upon completion of the program and the Optician licensure, students have the opportunity for immediate employment and/or further education in the optical field.
