Reserve Millwork, LLC in Bedford Hts, Ohio. is a high-end commercial architectural millwork manufacturer looking for to add full time employees for our Finishing team. Essential Roles and responsibilities: 1. Prep, sanding, staining, and painting of architectural woodwork 2. Experience with spray applied finishes is a plus 3. Experience in a paint booth is a plus
Desired Skills: We are willing to train, but ideally the candidate would be familiar with various wood coating including pre-cat lacquers, conversion varnish, and urethanes. Comfortable mixing custom die stains and wiping stains. Experience matching architect’s samples. Comfortable problem solving in fast paced environment.
