Female Self Defense

Duration: 9 Clock Hours/3 Instructional Weeks

What is Women’s Self-Defense? Self-defense is a set of awareness, assertiveness, verbal confrontation skills, safety strategies, and physical techniques that enable someone to successfully escape, resist, and survive violent attacks. Course is open to female applicants only.

ZUMBA! Exercise 4 Week Session

Duration: 4 Weeks/6 Instructional Hours

Zumba exercise is a combination of blending in a cardio workout, including toning muscle, stretching methods, pilates, which are all tied together with yoga.  This class  brings together move, muscle, and mind – it’s a workout at your own pace!

Supplies needed:   Exercise mat, weights (5 pounds or less), and water bottle.

If you need weights, the instructor can help.  NOTE:  If it is one week before the class is going to start, please call 330-296-2892, Ext. 551010 to sign up.
