Education/Experience Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Fabricator to join our growing team! The ideal candidate will have strong welding and fabrication skills, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality work within deadlines. We are also open to Fabricators in training — if you’re currently enrolled in a fabrication or welding program and eager to gain hands-on experience, we’d love to work with you. Responsibilities Fabricate components to print and within specified tolerances Utilize various welding processes including MIG, Stick, Flux Core, Gas Tungsten (TIG), and Plasma Read and interpret mechanical fabrication drawings and blueprints Perform a variety of fabrication tasks including: Material cutting, bending, punching, and nipping Plasma/torch pattern cutting TIG and MIG weldment fabrication Grinding, sanding, painting, and part preparation T-rail system assemblies and guarding systems Hand drilling and tapping Work collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks drawings Proficiency with hand and power tools Forklift/tow motor experience preferred Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record  Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Must pass math and welding tests, a background check, and a drug test Willingness to work overtime as required Students currently enrolled in welding or fabrication programs are encouraged to apply! Hourly Rate/Base Salary:

$18-$23/Hour
