- Medical Billing & Coding – 17 Weeks
- Modular Welding – 9 Weeks
- Phlebotomy – 11 Weeks
- Modular Industrial Maintenance Electrical – 19 Weeks

Requirements for Adult Workforce Diploma Program: Must not have a High School Diploma/GED, 18 years or older, resident of Ohio. Must attend Aspire for 12+ hours (includes orientation) and take a pre-assessment on WorkKeys in Applied Math, Workplace Documents, and Graphic Literacy. In order to achieve your High School Diploma, you must: Score 12+ on the WorkKeys exams (minimum of 4 in each segment), earn a certification in one of the programs listed, and complete the OhioMeansJobs-Readiness Seal.
