The Basic Personal Defense System is a national program of realistic self-defense tactics and techniques taught for females only. The program is taught by a nationally certified R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Instructor. Course is open to female applicants only.

A practice using a chair for seated poses, and the chair as a balance point for standing poses. The basic, foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.
